Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorers & Leaders all gathered today to join in the service and parade on Remembrance Sunday in Ashbourne. 

All together, we were over 114 strong. 

As leaders, we would like to say a massive well done to our Young People who did us proud! We are already recieving well earnt compliments on your behaviour from members of the public so thank you. 

As always, thank you to our leaders who give up their own time so we can all participate in these important services and days.

Join Santa On His Routes With 2nd Ashbourne Scouts

We are excited to be taking over as custodians of the Ashbourne Santa Float from 2022!

This year, all of the money raised will be shared between 2nd Ashbourne Scouts, Go Beyong and ACE Youth Ashbourne!

We held our annual Group Camp in June! 

This involves a Weekend residential trip with the Beavers, Cubs and Scouts. We spend 2 nights away where the Young People all participate in activities such as Jacobs Ladders, Crate Building, Orienteering, cooking lunch over a fire and many more!

We have a camp fire on the Saturday Night and sing camp songs! It really is the highlight of the year.

Group day out at RAF Cosford Museum and promise renewals for St George's Day. 

As a group we decided to venture to RAF Cosford to complete stages 1, 2, and 3 of our Air Activities Badge, whilst looking at all of the planes in the museum and hopefully learning a thing or two!

At lunch time, as a group Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Leaders renewed their Scout promise all together.
